Requests for size exchanges that exceed a difference of 2 sizes from the original order will be classified as a customer input error and will not qualify for replacement.

For a free size replacement, kindly provide the following:

The reason the item didn’t fit (e.g., too small, too big, too narrow).
The new size you wish to receive.

Orders can be modified or canceled before production begins.
Credit or replacement is available for damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery, or for undelivered items within 60 days of the order date.
