Cancellations and Amendments
You may cancel or make amendments to your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this time, production begins, and we can no longer accept cancellations.

We make this product especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Requests for size exchanges that exceed a difference of 2 sizes from the original order will be classified as a customer input error and will not qualify for replacement.

For a free size replacement, kindly provide the following:

The reason the item didn’t fit (e.g., too small, too big, too narrow).
The new size you wish to receive.
