What is the production process for Siook products?

Each product is custom-made, crafted one at a time for each customer, making it unique and personalized.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

You can cancel or make changes within 24 hours of placing the order. After this, no changes can be made

What happens if my item is defective?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, email us within 7 days with photos, and we will offer a replacement or store credit.

What if my shipping address is incorrect?

If the shipping address is incorrect and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Can I return an item if I change my mind or ordered the wrong size?

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns for changes of mind or incorrect sizes are not accepted. Please refer to the size guide before ordering.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Orders are processed and crafted within 7-20 business days, depending on the product. Some items, such as cloaks, may take up to 25 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, which you can use to track the package.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

If your package is delayed or lost, first check your address and local post office. If it cannot be located, contact us within 10 days.

What happens if my package is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it?

Please contact your local postal carrier. If the package was marked as delivered, Siook is not responsible for replacing it.

Yes, Siook ships worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Do I have to pay customs fees for international orders?

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. If the fees are not paid, the package may be returned or abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
